Many of us have studied or heard about Attachment Theory at some point in our lives. But what exactly is it, and what are the four attachment styles? How does our upbringing influence our attachment styles, and can these styles change over time? Most importantly, how can we form more secure connections with others?
By gaining a deeper understanding of Attachment Theory and identifying our own attachment styles, we can better recognize the motivations behind our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors—especially in relationships.
